Shared a link and got no image, the wrong title, or an old picture? Paste the page’s HTML to see what Facebook, LINE and X will show, and which tag to fix.
On a desktop browser, type view-source: before the URL (view-source:https://example.com), then Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C and paste here. The tool cannot open other sites itself; browsers do not allow it.
Approximate look; each app lays cards out a little differently and changes them over time.
LINE: LINE used to offer PagePoker for clearing its preview cache, but it no longer opens (checked September 2026). What still works is changing the image URL, as below.
Every app: Facebook caches images by the image URL: when you change the image, rename the file or add ?v=2 to its URL.
Sizes and rules checked
Facebook: images at least 1200×630 px; under 600×315 they show small; 200×200 is the minimum accepted; close to 1.91:1 avoids cropping; up to 8 MB.
Facebook recommends og:image:width and og:image:height so the first share shows the image without waiting for it to download.
LINE uses only og:title, og:description and og:image; without og:title it uses <title>, without og:description the meta description or body text.
X reads twitter:title, twitter:description and twitter:image first and falls back to og:, except twitter:card, which has no fallback: set it to summary_large_image for a large image.
X’s card documentation has moved and no longer opens. The X numbers here (title 70, description 200, image alt 420 characters, image under 5 MB) come from several guides quoting the old docs consistently.
og:locale is language_TERRITORY with an underscore: th_TH, not th-TH.
