Privacy policy

Summary

KoishiAI is a static site. It has no sign-up forms, sets no tracking cookies, and runs no analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel). The only data created when you open the site is the standard server log kept by our hosting provider. The next sections give the detail.

What we do NOT collect

No signup forms, no reader accounts, no on-page analytics trackers, no embedded third-party scripts that collect data, no ad network integrations of any kind.

Technical logs via Firebase Hosting

This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested file, timestamp) for operational reasons such as DDoS protection and load analysis. Since 11 October 2026 we can read these request logs through Google's logging service. We use them only to count requests by crawler and by page. We do not use them to follow individual visitors. Local storage

The site keeps one value in your browser's localStorage: the light or dark theme you choose with the theme switch. It stays on your device, and the site does not send it to us. If you never use the theme switch, the site saves nothing there.

Third-party resources

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log visitor IPs when serving these fonts, per standard Google Fonts policy. We are considering self-hosting fonts to eliminate this third-party request.

No marketing

We send no marketing email, operate no opt-in newsletter, run no sales funnel, and do no remarketing. If you want to follow new articles, use our RSS feed: /rss.xml

Your rights under PDPA (Thailand)

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you have the right to: (1) ask for access to the personal data we hold. The only data about visitors is the server log described above; (2) request deletion. To use this right for the logs we can read, email us at the address at the bottom of this page; (3) file a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee if you have concerns.

Your rights under GDPR (EU)

Same principle as PDPA: we do not collect personal data within GDPR scope beyond the standard Firebase server logs. EU visitors can exercise GDPR rights directly via Google, or by emailing us.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add analytics, forms, or any tracking tool, we will update this page and highlight the change prominently. The last-updated date shown above reflects the current policy version.
